Growth Program, Season 1

1. Who runs this

The programme is run by JI Global Consultancy Ltd, registered in Nigeria, RC 7826798, referred to below as we or JI Global. Questions go to info@jiglobal.co.

2. What is being offered

A pool of $25,000, awarded as development work rather than money. No cash is paid to any applicant under any circumstances. Individual awards run from $500 to $2,500 of work, valued at our standard rates, and we expect to select ten or more businesses.

The work may include branding, website design and build, content, or related services, decided by us after the consultation. You do not choose the award value.

3. Who can apply

To be eligible, your business must have $100,000 or more in annual revenue, have been trading two or more years, and be based in Canada, the United States or the United Kingdom. You must be the decision maker or be able to commit the business, and you must be willing to act as a case study.

We do not accept applications from branding, marketing, web or consulting agencies, or from businesses in gambling and betting, adult content, tobacco and vaping, payday and high interest lending, or speculative crypto and trading schemes.

One application per business. Employees of JI Global and their immediate family are not eligible.

4. Dates and the cap

Applications open 12 October 2026 and close on 16 November 2026, or earlier once fifty applications are received, whichever comes first. Decisions are announced in the week of 30 November 2026. We may extend, shorten, pause or cancel the programme, and if we cancel it we will tell every applicant.

5. How selection works

Every application is read by a person. Shortlisted applicants are invited to a consultation, and awards are decided after that conversation by Jude Iria and David Albert together.

Selection is at our sole discretion. It is not a competition of skill or chance, there is no scoring formula, and our decision is final. Meeting the eligibility criteria does not entitle you to an award.

6. What you commit to

If selected, you agree to provide a written testimonial within thirty days of handover, to let us show the completed work publicly and name your business, to leave a public review where we ask for one, and to refer us if the work is good.

Your testimonial must be your honest opinion. If the work did not help, say so. We will not ask you to change it and we will not withhold anything on the basis of what it says.

You also agree to respond to us within a reasonable time and to supply the material we need, such as brand assets, copy, access and approvals. If you go silent for thirty days we may treat the award as withdrawn and offer it elsewhere.

7. What is not covered

Third party costs remain yours. That includes domains, hosting, email services, stock media, paid advertising, printing and software subscriptions. We will tell you what these are before you commit to anything.

The award covers the scope agreed at the start. Work beyond that scope is quoted separately at our normal rates, and you are free to decline it.

8. Who owns the work

Completed deliverables transfer to your business on handover. We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio, case studies, social media and marketing, indefinitely. You keep the right to use, change and extend what we build.

You confirm that anything you supply to us is yours to supply and does not infringe anyone else's rights.

9. No guarantees

We do not guarantee revenue, rankings, leads, conversions or any other outcome. The award is work delivered to a professional standard, and results depend on your market, your execution and conditions outside our control.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability in connection with this programme is limited to the stated value of your award. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Your data

We collect what you enter on the application form and use it to assess your application and contact you. We do not sell it or pass it to anyone outside the delivery of this programme. Ask us at any time to see, correct or delete it. Our full Privacy Policy applies.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. If we make a material change while applications are open we will tell applicants directly. The date at the top always reflects the current version.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and the courts of Lagos State have jurisdiction. Where a selected business signs a separate engagement agreement, that agreement governs the delivery of the work.
